We are now looking for a Operations and Maintenance Technician to join our team in Nynäshamn!

About the role

As an Operations and Maintenance Technician at Adven, you will handle a wide variety of tasks. The facility in Nynäshamn is one of the company's largest and most complex, placing high demands on both technical competence and problem-solving skills.

You will become part of a team consisting of 14 employees, five of whom work shifts. Together, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the facility. We deliver district heating within Nynäshamn Municipality and also produce electricity for self-supply. We also work closely with our largest on-site customer, to whom we deliver steam and water.

Primary responsibilities of the role

  • Participate in continuous improvement work.
  • Conduct rounds and report deviations in our maintenance system, Maximo.
  • Optimize boiler operations.
  • Perform preventive or emergency maintenance.
  • Coordinate or lead smaller local projects together with engineers and managers.
  • Work with and develop our processes.

Qualifications for success in this role

We are looking for you with previous experience in similar process operations. You are a curious person who can remain calm in stressful situations, are used to juggling multiple tasks, and thrive in both independent work and as part of a team.

The position includes shift work and on-call duty with a response time of 30 minutes.
